Wow! It truly has been a great 5 years! We’ve met some pretty awesome people and been apart of some amazing moments that we will treasure forever. We are so thankful for the opportunity to keep doing what we love to do. So, a huge THANK YOU is in order for all of those who support us now, who supported us 5 years ago and who will continue to support us in the next 5 years. We can’t wait to keep learning and growing as photographers, as humans and as 2Twelve Design!
We had such a great time photographing this adorable little family a few weeks ago!! It’s been a rainy and soggy mess in Washington for a while now and especially around the time that we did this shoot. However, we really lucked out and the weather turned out to be awesome!! We couldn’t have asked for better weather at this time of year. Huge thanks to Sheena and Bobby (and Scarlet! 
) for giving us the chance to take their family portraits. We truly had a blast! Enjoy!

Emily, her best friend and Erik were so much fun to photograph! Erik is such a ham in front of the camera!! What a crack up! At one point in the session, I showed him a picture of himself from the display on the backside of my camera and he said, “Wow! I look goooood!” It was too funny! Emily and her best friend are so sweet and you can tell that they have a friendship that will last a lifetime. We had a blast taking their portraits at Tazer Valley Farm! They were our only mini session during this last fall. We may be doing a spring mini session day as well! If you are interested, let us know and we’ll be sure to give you the details. It’s a great way to get some fun, updated portraits of you and your family.

We love having the ability to work with couples and meet with them a few times prior to their wedding, so we can get a good idea of what they are wanting for their big day. One option that we LOVE talking about with our couples is the option of doing a “First Look” before the ceremony.
Weddings can be stressful and very overwhelming. Having us coordinate a “First Look” on your wedding day, just for you and your sweetheart, gives you a chance to break away from the stress and have a moment to yourselves to just embrace the beautiful day that is about to happen. It allows you to express your truest emotions in that moment.
Some couples opt out of the opportunity of doing a “First Look” and would rather wait until the ceremony to see each other. But, most of our couples have decided to do a “First Look” and it creates a wonderful dynamic for photos and a wonderful beginning to fully enjoying their wedding day!
Some of the moments we’ve been able to capture during a “First Look” have been priceless. You can just tell that they are the happiest, proudest and most excited to marry their love. What a great thing to have a photograph of to hold on to forever and ever!
You can just tell that Jeffrey took a big sigh of relief – letting out all of his nerves once he saw his beautiful bride, Danica!
It looked as if Cody’s knees went weak as he saw Nicole for the first time. What a special moment!
Happy tears made an appearance at Marji & Nick’s first look. Not going to lie … I was teary-eyed too! I’m glad we were able to capture that special moment for them.
Rob’s jaw dropped as he saw his gorgeous bride, Rachael, in her stunning RED wedding dress!! Loved that he took her hand and twirled her around to get a full look. So much cuteness!
Nick was ALL smiles as soon as he turned around to see Kelly standing there. Wonderful moment of happiness!

Travis is my little brother and they are having a baby girl, who is due in less than a month!! We did this sweet little maternity session with them in October, such a fun time of year to do photos! We don’t do that many maternity sessions, so this was something different for us and we had a blast! We hope to do more of them in the future. We hope you enjoy a few of the photos from their session. And, yes, there will be newborn photos of baby Sophiya within the next month or two! Very exciting!
